Business Unlimited were employed to provide my organization with a website and e-marketing capabilities. The website itself had two purposes, reflect Servicom’s brand personality/service capabilities and also to create an e commerce facility. A key requirement of the site was that the buy on line catalogue could be updated by Servicom as necessary to enable us to adapt to changes and new products in the market place quickly. Two companies had failed to properly provide a buy on line system that interacted with our existing software packages but Business Unlimited delivered this, on time and at a very competitive price.
I thoroughly believe our current growth is in parts down to the success of the site and Business Unlimited contribution. The level of service and responsiveness if excellent and I feel that is a good reflection of their capabilities that they have managed to successfully complete a large project that two other web design/on line marketing solutions companies undertook, and failed to produce to Servicom’s standards.
