The Challenge
Full Range had an existing website which was difficult to navigate and contained out of date information. The current site did not contain any information about the current services on offer and visitors to the site were unsure about what was available.
Additional to the needs for a website, Full Range had a plan in place to grow the business. The plan included marketing but there were no facilities being used or easily available in order to achieve the objectives set.
Full Range wanted to increase their business. They had tried numerous marketing campaigns before but hadn’t had the required results. They wanted to use something different and to make their marketing more targeted. They weren’t using any online marketing tools and were keen to investigate these further.
The results
- All irrelevant information was removed from the website and the whole site layout was changed to become much easier to navigate. Links were added to all pages to allow easy access to all sections.
- Detailed information was added to the portfolio so the existing work could be showcased.
- The “request a quote” form was simplified with the ability to upload files directly to the website and saved on the CRM system.
- A list of services together with further information were split into sections which could be easily searched. Each section was set up to include imagery of previous work completed.
- An FAQ section was added providing customer assurance and peace of mind before they even make an enquiry.
- A full email marketing facility was installed and a plan of monthly eshots and call outs was discussed and implemented.
- A campaign plan was put together to ensure that all customers and prospects were targeted once a month.
- Full tracking was made available to track how successful the campaigns were and what the customer activity had been.
- All campaigns were followed up with phone calls.
- Leads were generated and business increased significantly.
For the future
There are numerous modules which can be added to the website overtime. Discussions are currently taking place to include the following on the site:
Latest News and Announcements – Allowing the latest information to be added throughout the site.
Portfolio Web App – A custom built application to allow Admin users to add latest work and (most importantly) demonstrations of past work. These can then be displayed randomly site-wide or as a whole page on its own.
